Why Homing School Is Different

There are school reports, there are generic Maths apps, and then there's Homing School. Each does a different job.

School reports
Generic Maths apps
Homing School
Once or twice a year, at the end of term.
Ongoing, but usually just scores and streaks.
Quick check-ins whenever you want, with clear reports designed for parents.
Written for teachers and the system.
Designed mainly to keep kids playing.
Built specifically for parents who want clarity and a plan.
High-level comments and levels, often full of jargon.
Points, badges, and "fun" – not much detail on real strengths and gaps.
Strengths, weaknesses, explanations, and practical recommendations.
"Needs to improve in…" with little guidance on how.
Just more games or questions.
Clear ideas on what to practise, how often to check in, and what to discuss with their teacher.

Homing School doesn't replace school or tutoring – it gives you the clarity to know what your child really needs.
